Joshua I. Gornitsky
Joshua I. Gornitsky oversees Searles & Gornitsky’s Estate and Business Litigation Practice, focusing on the areas of estate and probate litigation, trust litigation, contract litigation, business litigation, and personal injury actions.
Mr. Gornitsky is an experienced litigator, having practiced since 2011 with experience in several different areas of litigation, such as estates and trust litigation, business litigation, fine art litigation, insurance coverage litigation, insurance defense, personal injury actions and contested foreclosures.
Mr. Gornitsky has handled several contested trials before judges and juries has argued several appeals before Appellate Courts in several states. Mr. Gornitsky has demonstrated a reputation for the zealous representation of his clients, aggressively pursuing their claims to a timely and satisfactory resolution.
Mr. Gornitsky is currently licensed to practice in Florida, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
Mr. Gornitsky graduated from Rutgers University in 2008 cum laude and wrote an award-winning thesis on America’s third vice president, Aaron Burr. He was also a regular radio personality for 88.7 WRSU, serving as a play by play announcer, color commentator and sideline reporter for Rutgers Football, Basketball and Baseball. Mr. Gornitsky obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011.
He is married with two rambunctious boys and resides in Palm Beach County.
